Empower Academy was established by The SuperAccountants, a growing outsourcing company in India with the team who has over two decades of experience in Australian accounting and taxation. Our Academy was founded with a vision to meet the rising demand from the offshore outsourcing and recruiting companies looking for candidates with specialized skills in Australian taxation and accounting.
Recognizing India’s vast talent pool and the growing trend of outsourcing, we built a training program in partnership with Cloud Nine Associates were Pricilla Bea Smith, a Senior Tax Agent with a passion for teaching will narrate our courses.
Our initial focus is on Australian tax and accounting, and soon we’ll offer training in the same format in the same profession from associates in US, UK, Canada, Singapore, New Zealand and more... creating a robust foundation for a globally relevant accounting academy.

Priscilla Bea Smith is the Senior Tax Agent and Director of Cloud Nine Associates Pty Ltd, with a distinguished career in Australian tax and accounting spanning over 20 years. Beginning her journey in 1999, Priscilla achieved a Bachelor of Tax in 2006 and has since become a recognized expert in tax strategy, business advisory, and implementing cloud-based accounting solutions.
After working as a Senior Accountant with various prestigious accounting firms, Priscilla founded Cloud Nine Associates to provide specialized services to small businesses and entrepreneurs. Known for her dedication to supporting small businesses, she is equally passionate about mentoring and empowering the next generation of accountants. Her drive to upskill young graduates led her to partner with Empower Academy, where she actively works to help emerging accounting professionals to develop essential skills for long-term success.
With a focus on innovation, Priscilla developed The Modern Accounting Practice model, a visionary framework prioritizing efficiency, client-focused service, and advanced technology integration. She is also the creator of The Modern Bookkeeper & The Modern Practice training series, designed to support all accounting professionals, bookkeepers in mastering the expertise they need to excel in their careers. She is training and mentoring these groups for more than 7 years.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Priscilla is a passionate educator, a talented dancer, and an exceptional cook, bringing creativity and enthusiasm to everything she does. Her holistic approach to mentoring and her commitment to professional excellence make her a highly regarded leader and teacher in the accounting field.
